Booking and cancellation conditions

Reservations can only be made by email and the bookingform on our website. Cancellations can only be made by email.

To confirm your reservation, 60% of the total amount must be paid within 3 working days. The remaining 40% must be paid 30 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation:

• Before 30 days before the booked day of arrival: 50% of the rent returned.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the booked day of arrival: 25% of the rent returned.
• after 15 days before the booked day of arrival: no refund.
